Scarboro’s Unity Parade

In June, the Anderson County Democratic Party was proud to walk in the Scarboro Unity Parade - not to be seen, but to stand with a community that’s always led the way. Scarboro’s history is East Tennessee’s history: powerful, rooted, and too often overlooked.

We were there because solidarity means presence. Because unity isn’t a slogan - it’s a practice.
