The people who tried to censor our public libraries are back — and this time, they’re aiming for control. Commissioner Anthony Allen, who led last year’s attacks, is now trying to chair the Anderson County Library Board. That means he’d control the agenda, lead the meetings, and steer the future of our libraries.

The Nominating Committee has the first say. Let’s pack the room in blue and send a clear message: our libraries are not political pawns. They belong to the people.
